Can't go back to Lilycove

Hey,

 

I first accessed Matsuki from Lilycove a while back. But now that I want to get back to Lilycove, it keeps sending me back to Canalave. This wouldn't be a problem if I had already done the Sinnoh quest line, but I haven't, so I can't take the boat. Any solutions?

Also, please, don't move in Sinnoh, just wait us to teleport you back in Hoenn.
