Can't get in Battle Underground

Sorry for repeating a post but since i didn't get any solution to a previous post on General Support (commented on a post with the same problem) and considering that a solution or at least an answear to a similar problem was provided on this section, i had to create a new one. So, direct to the problem that has affected me for the last four days and for the second time, i can't play battle underground more than once a day. When i try it NPC says i've already tried 3 times today.

 

Like it was asked in the post before mine and to accelerate the resolution of the problem i'll present the print screen of the dialogue if it in someway helps:

Please help me with this, i had this problem solved some days ago but i think it was since my internet crashed in the middle of a battle there that the problem got back. It's already six days since battle underground was released that this is happening to me, it's a lot of christmas points i've been losing, so please help me as soon as possible.
