Description and Message

I have a Samsung galaxy S5. I've downloaded the latest version of Pro Apk. But after the installation the app block on the load screen. Someone can help me?

I have an S4 and this happens to me too. If you check on the general support section you will se dozens of posts like yours, but, unfortunately, I haven't find an answer yet, because the couple of solution proposed don't work for me and don't seems to work in general.
