Ranked problem (bug?)

I queued for ranked and got a game but when we were on the lead selection, the match canceled and I got this message : "Your battle was canceled because Zappaxd is already in battle" as shown in the screenshot.

 

 

I don't know how this supposed to happen as leaving during the lead selection is considered as a forfeit but it wasn't the case.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

This is a known bug, currently being fixed by the corresponding Staff Team.

As far as we know, both player's don't lose their rating for this bug.

Let me know if you lost your rating because of this bug.

No The game didn't count (didn't lose neither gain rating from it).
