Can you try the following procedure and see if you can log into the game.

1. Delete all the PRO related Files that you have

2. Flush the trash bin

3. Restart your device

4. Re-download the game here

 

If the following procedure doesn't solve your problem try the additional procedure written below one by one and see if solves your problem

1. Use VPN upon logging into the game

2. Turn off your firewall before logging into the game

3. Turn off all your other programs before logging into the game
