Uproar Bugged

So I've been training my Yanma lately, recently he learned uproar. :Sing:

 

Currently it's hitting like double hit, ~(2x45).

 

It supposed to be a 90 power special move that lasts 2-3 turns.

 

I can't tell if it's checking physical or special b/c my Yanma's offensive stats are currently identical. ( He's doing his time in diglet cave. 31 atk with nature bonus, 31 sAtk, no noteworthy evs yet.)

 

( I can post if the error persists once he evolves.)
