I've been looking on the Revolution wiki and I saw that there were rarities of pokemon encounters (example: Ratata, Common)

 

So i've been Wondering how rare is the 'Rare' Encounter rate, I don't expect anyone to know but giving me a presumption would help, as in a percentage chance of common to uncommon, rare exectra...

 

I also noticed that there is a donator rank and that you can catch certain pkm, I probably am going 2 donate :)

Will it give a 'Donator' Rank on my Profile, Thanks.
