Description and Message

Everytime I go to login it puts me in what I have heard called an "invisible queue." However, I am not sure that I am actually getting put into this queue or if it's working at all. The live chat tells me to wait 5-10 minutes and it should work. However, when the server went down a little bit ago, everyone was bumped off. When I tried to log in, when no one else was on and the server was up, I was still put in the invisible queue. The "checking map" bug happened and I was one of the first ones to use the workaround in hopes of getting in. I still got put in the queue! As I type this, others are getting around the bug and immediately getting into the game while I sit staring at the Login screen to no avail. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks!

This issue has been resolved by updating my client.
