I am logging in and connecting apparently but after that it just keeps me on the start menu. i repeatedly press log in but nothing happens ?

 

(really sorry if I'm being stupid I've never played this before)

yeah the exact same thing is happening to me I've tried to connect to both servers and nothing seems to work

Server got bandwitdh issues, after 'Logging in' you will be placed in 'Ghost Queue' then You need to wait something around 15-30+ mins, it depends on how many players are in Q atm.

A problem that I ended up facing was not doing the email conformation. Make sure that you are confirmed by email by checking your spam folder.

Hello there have been some bandwidth problems due to large groups trying to log on at once, normally when you get a 'logging in' message it tends to put you into a ghost que, if a que does not come up in less than 5 minutes its recommended to close the client and try again.

The blue server is not yet ready so it is not functional. It soon will be and we hope this will alleviate some of the traffic.

Also make sure to check if servers are down on the main page.
