What have you done before the problem was there?

I've played the game over the last few days but, every now and again it comes up saying logging on then it fades away and nothing happens

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I've tried restarting the game and re downloading still no luck

 

Description and Message

Hello this is what we have been calling a 'ghost que' once it says logging on it means its trying and has made some connection. There have been a lot of bandwidth problems recently. So please be patient while waiting for it to log on, and for us to correct some of these problems. I hope you can play soon. Good luck.
