So, this guy with username "Kauangodgamer02" took my 31 speed gligar  for level training. But after taking it he realizes he can't train it because its region locked for him cuz he haven't done johto story yet. 

I humbly ask a modertor to help me get back my gligar from his pc, which he can't trade to me back cuz its region locked.
