I am looking for the best place to train my lvl 30-37 pokemon to lvl 45 so they are ready for giovanni and gym 4.

Any ideas for the best place accessible to me? (Already Tried Diglett cave, wouldn't train my gyrados quick enough.)

at your point, i am suggesting you train your pokes in cinnebar mansion.

 

Seafoam islands would be sufficent too, but there is no poke center around.

U don't need to reach to lv 45, just use poke water and fire at lv40 and u will fine. The xp in your current cannot faster
