Hi i was banned from the game because of inappropriate username

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

i tried to reset my IP address none of those work in.

Hi my name is Minagato IG and i would like to know why everytime i try to connect they told me " u have been banned from pro"

 

ok i was playing to pro a couple month ago and i get banned for inappropriate username "i get it" so i left pro for a while waiting holidays to come back.And now i'm trying to create a new account with a apppropriate username i guess they still told me "u have been banned from pro" is that like i'm ban forever ? so i can't play anymore to PRO? or what is that mean lol... even create a new account because of inappropriate username is not allow? let me know your decision and thanks for your time.

 

edit : i checked the account from the website "This account is not banned"

Well you are maybe trying to connect from a banned proxy or are just flat perma suspended from the game, which is unlikely for just an inappropriate username, so there would have more behind it. Well its nothing that can be fixed from our side, so ill lock this one.
