ok so i connected to Pro today before taking a shower to switch my team so i can level my magikarp

and I suddenly got disconnected while trying to switch my team slots and so i didnt bother and just took a shower so i logged back in a couple minutes ago and my team bar is forzen is place i cant switch pokemon

id post a picture but it wont let me...
