Possible Cause of Crashes!

Featured Replies

Hello. I hunt a lot and have some finger / joint issues which make it annoying / painful to hunt in smaller areas that require more frequent button presses. To get around this, I either hunt in bigger areas so i can hold an arrow key for longer, or in smaller areas I will sometimes put an object on my right or down arrow key that is heavy enough to keep it held down, then I can just press up to go up and release up to go down, or press left to go left and release left to go right.

There is a chance this isn't the cause of anything, but I've noticed a pattern the last few times that I forgot to remove the weight from my right or down arrow key, before going afk out of battle, between encounters.

If i keep the right arrow key held down out of battle for 1-15 minutes, after catching a few pokemon or doing a few encounters, and my right key is held down for long enough, i will go afk and come back to the server being down.

The last 4 times that I forgot to remove the weight when going afk, the server crashed soon after. It's worth looking into, even though there's a chance that my actions may have had nothing to do with crashes, there is still a chance they did have something to do with them.

Thank you for reading. I hope we can find the root cause of the crashes soon! ♥
