Hello, I want to make a report about server crash rollback. I had a reroll ticket, but after rollback I had a skull fossil. Please change it back to reroll ticket. I have their screenshot.screenshot.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

It seems like the issue occurred due to server rollback right after the server crash.

Unfortunately, we don't compensate the loss that was made due to the server crashes as it would be unfair for all other players who experienced similar problems.

Therefore, I won't be able to help you get your reroll ticket back 😞
