Rotom wash without OT

I received this rotom wash in a giveaway like 1 year ago and it has no OT. I think the player who gave it to me gave up on the pokemon but I am not sure but either way I don't know why this rotom wash has no OT and I am scared about it. Please help me whenever you can

 

And also Norex helped me and as the screenshot shows Norex told me to report this issue here

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

You don't have to be afraid.  This Pokemon has no OT simply because certain conditions that I unfortunately can't reveal to avoid the abuse of it were met. Nothing should be effected however. This Rotom-Wash is a regular Rotom-Wash.
