Talking to an NPC and holding right makes you stuck

If you talk to that NPC and hold right while advancing dialogue you will get stuck in between tiles because the NPC also forces you to move right. Have to re-log, using mount doesn't work. Don't know about bike, don't have one yet.

It's hard to tell but I compared that to not holding right and you do get stuck in between tiles.
