Crimefridge Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 Pokemon with Levitate but a weakness to ground are attacked as if they do not have Levitate. The easiest example here is Gastly. I managed to solo Red's first three pokemon before Victory Road with a level 74 Gastly because he kept spamming ground type moves. It also occurred against Giovani.
