When you fast travel from a city to an other and in your team you have a feinted poke, when you exit from fast travel room the feinted pokemon will be healed like you were there by an escape rope. This issue doesn't happen in other fast travel regions. It s a little bit boring if you are farming and need to move to an other city and then farm again.
