I've already tried this quest thrice, everytime i reach the 3rd round i.e. the water race this bug makes me lose. During the race i can keep a watch on the other contestants and it is always clear that they were behind me. When i reach near the finish line of the race, the announcer says that I've lost the race. For the first 2 times i didn't have any proof but this 3rd time i took ss of the other contestants right behind me and the announcer said i came last.

The speed of the NPCs inside the game is just a visual thing.

There are some hidden things inside the quest, I hope you find them out 🙂

Ah, thanks, the 4th time i tried it , a small bug happened at the end but i won somehow.
