Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Kanto Leveling Up Spots for High leveled Pokémon, like around the 70's or 80's? I have a Golem lvl 78, about to be lvl 79 and an Arcanine lvl 69, and I just beat Blaine. I know that I'm gonna be up against Giovanni next, and I would like them to be at least lvl 80+ before I try challenging him. What is the best place to get EXP to lvl up to lvl 80+ in Kanto just before the 8th Gym? Thanks in advance ^_^

 

P.S. The highest Wild Pokémon lvls I am facing right now are around low to mid 30's which are found in the Pokémon Mansion / Seafoam Island.

I did not have to train for Giovanni so i don't know but from my knowledge you find the highest lvl pokemon (38-42ish) in the victory road cave.

I don't know if you can enter it already tough you can give it a try.

I think that's about the highest you can get. You don't really need that much high lvl pokemon just to beat Giovani though. What you'd need is just Pure strategy and Skillzzzzzzzzz

You can't enter Victory Road when you don't have 8 badges lol.

The order: digglets cave>cinnabar mansion>seafoam island>victory road>sevii>dragons den>cerulean cave

    I leveled my poke in route 21(not sure but the sea road between cinnabar and pallet town). Enemies are pretty easy and lots of tentacool/tentacruel for training spdef ev for mewtwo. Lvl is around 33-38
