I can't enter the capitan room, I already speak with the "Pharmacist" at the floor 2 last room and nothing happens. I also google it but it appears a diferent "way" to do the quest I will leave the video whith the different "way" here:

the video is in pt-br.

I also spoke with all the NPCs at the kitchen.
