I think that giving 5cc for changing name is not totally worth it,  it can be like 2-3 cc but 5 cc for changing name is a lot which is a very common feature in every game which offers people to change and modify their profile but in pro it's too expensive,  I would suggest that pls make name changing cost to 2-3cc around and if u r changing ur  name for the first time then it's free because people sometime do mistake in name while creating account or they think I would have used this type of name so I think one more chance of thinking and correcting should be given so my advice is to give the first time changing name as free and after that the cost can be like around 2-3cc
