So I decided to go back to an old town but when I tried to return back it is making me fight all the previous trainers again that I have already beat. is there a way io can fix this?

NPC trainers got a 7 day reset cooldown, after this period they will be up for an other battle like all other trainers so no, there is no way to avoid them
