The last offer was received at 4:53 PM GMT+0, so the new end point is at 5:08 PM GMT+0. An offer must stand for at least 15 minutes for it to be the winner. If you had received a better offer at 5:00 PM GMT+0, the end point would change to 5:15 PM GMT+0. And if you had received another one at 5:13 PM GMT+0, the end point would change to 5:28 PM GMT+0. And so on, until +15min pass without a higher offer.

 

In this auction your mistake wasn't critical as you didn't receive a subsequent offer in that time gap, so you've traded the Pokemon to the rightful winner. Please be mindful of how this rule works in future actions.
