I've finally defeated the Elite 4 in Kanto! Now I'm off to Johto and curious to know when the earliest possible time is to find a Pokemon with the Synchronize ability?

Alone : johto when you can surf, you can go a the grass of ruins of alpha and there's natus :Grin:

 

If you have a friend : As soon as you get your 4th badge (even in kanto), you can buy natus to people because when caught at mt silver (when finished e4 johto) they're count 'from kanto' so you can trade it to everyone in kanto or johto (if people are in johto but didn't get 8 badges it won't work)
