What have you done before the problem was there?

I bought the MS Medalion in game (Blue Server) and the CC's were spent from my account but It shows no evidence on my account that I am now a member.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Waited around 3 hours, logged in and out a few times, closed the application. The server even went down at one points but even after all that It still says my membership on the trainer card as "inactive".

Anything else I'm forgetting to do or will this just take time until it works? Hoping this wont take any of the time out of my membership.

do you have the coins on your account? if you have the coins you can buy the MS medallion, before you could buy it from the website but you have to do it with the coins now ;)

Yeah I bought 100 Coins and they were in my account In game so I bought the Medalion and then the 100 Coins disappeared but no membership followed up after that or any signs of it.

go to your backpack and then it's there somewhere(where the bycicle is aswell you have the medallion there now)
