Currently, Mud-Slap is a move via tutor in Generation IV, making it a transfer-only move for Generation VII—the generation PRO uses for Pokémon learnsets.

A tutor for Mud-Slap should be added as Mud-Slap is a very valuable move that can be used in PvE and PvP. One usage of the move Mud-Slap is for Altaria, which can serve as a debuffer when going up against boss teams in order to cripple the lead; however, Altaria cannot learn Mud-Slap as the move tutor is non-existent.
