As you can see here, my gardevoir hypnosis misses. Since no guard makes every move of both sides always hit, this is obviously a bug.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. It has been known for quite some time, but I reported it again. It would appear that Pokémon can still miss moves after receiving the ability No Guard through means such as Trace or Imposter.
