Spacemuffin Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 Yep, you just have to finish beating the rocket hideout then there is a rocket guard at the top left of the map near one of the buildings so just talk to him to get him to disappear and you gain access to behind the buildings.
