Getting this message when attempting to enter building on bottom right of lavender town

early game for me it would say something like "this door is locked". But now after coming back from beating kanto and johto e4 im able to go in ;p its def a bug but you probably arent able to go into it anyways (if you havent beaten the e4) :)
