I want to buy best rotom possible with my budget: 1m - 1.5m

 

Requirements:

Bold nature is a MUST

+28 IVs in hp and defense

SpA can be a little low only if defensive stats are way too high/perfect

I want it whether trained or not, it supposes no problem.
