Are you suggesting why the Radio Tower isn't in Lavender Town? Or why there isn't a section in the forum dedicated to music? I seriously hope you're not talking about the Touhoumon Music House; the music option in the PokeGear that I've seen in Pokemon Essentials games are a lot better of an idea for listening to music from the game and doesn't take up so much unnecessary space.
