I just start training my machoke but i think something wrong he's not gaining 1 stat every 4 EV and i decide to ask to you is this bug or not?

 

-In this one he got 78 attack with 88 EV point

 

-In this one he got 78 attack with 94 EV point

 

-In this one he got still 78 attack with 99 EV point

 

-In this one he just lvled up and i lost track but he gained 3 attack like he dont get any stat from lvling up.

 

Is this a bug or am i missing something? Isnt 4EV = 1 stat?

the pokes will gain the full Ev stat base calculation once it hit Lvl.100

Isnt this rule only including IV stats? If this right he shouldn't gain a stat until he lvls up but (not sure) he gains every ~11EV a stat point. :confused:
