Bug on route 35

I talked to the officer beforehand therefore it triggers the problem

Tried to ask for help on help chat and people told me to report on forums since there was no gm available online

Description and Message

On route 35 i cannot advance to search for the pidgeon because it will repeat the words "Wait! Come here for a second" every time i try to go to the right. Even after talking to the officer it suddenly says "Please hurry up, we need your help right away" but i still cant proceed to search for it and the same thing REPEAT everytime. Please view attachment for proof that it is bugged. Hope you can fix this thanks.

Hello it seems as if you are just getting dialogue from a source you are having trouble discerning. There are two police guards that ask you to deliver a spearow's letter to another cop in the city.
