What have you done before the problem was there?

Well I paralyzed the wrong officer, I found out after watching a guide and the officer that is standing in front of me blocking in me cannot be paralyzed because of this bug. I paralyzed the one inside the underground area of goldenrod instead.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I asked the help guy and he told me to do this... he was kind of an asshole btw
