Hey Guys,

 

I wanted to know where I can revive a fossil in the Johto Region. I know I can do it in Cinnebar City but then I am not able to take this pokemon to Johto.

 

Can you help me?

You can revive fossils in Johto (Alpha Ruins), but only if you have the caught-data of Omanyte, Kabuto (and their evolutions) and Ptera. Besides, you can only revive Anorith and Lileep in Alpha Ruins (and can't in Cinnabar Lab), from what I remember of my own experience
