What have you done before the problem was there?

Firstly after buying 200 coins when starting blue server they were delivered instanly. after spending a couple of hours i ordered 100 coins more, and two days ago another 100. so in total i payed around 20 dollars but only got half of the coins. the 3e time i bought coins were on the day the server started. till now i dont have the last 2 shipments of my coins, the payments were succesfull.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Checked the payment, it was succesfull. but no coins yet,
