What have you done before the problem was there?

I just play game. Then log out some minutes and log in again. When i log in again system said "user already logged in". I try log in more time but still said that.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I had change my password, reinstall game, try to login more. but still said "user already logged in".
