I have tried looking in my junk folder for the e-mail, but I seem to have not received it after 4 hours.

What email provider are you using?

 

For some reason, certain email providers (such as web.de) think PRO emails are unsafe and block them entirely. Try using an email provider like gmail, which is known to work more reliably.

 

My email provider is hughes.net, I guess that must be the problem. I'll try using gmail. Thanks.
