After defeating Horon, I can enter Alucard Castle, but until I fight Alucard, Master of Deception cannot regenerate the Dark Realm.
He brought me back to pokecenter again

Thank you for the report. This interaction is not bugged. You need to defeat Alucard, Master of Deception, while having a Pokemon with the move Miracle Eye in your party. After doing so, you will reveal his true form and engage in a new battle that should take you to the Dark Realm. Please let us know if this is not the case for you. Thank you and good luck!
