Part 2 of the Baby Lugia Quest

I'll explain, for part 2 of the Baby Lugia quest, Ingots, asks me to capture a chespin and evolve it into a chesnaught, which I do. I go to talk to him and he asks me the requested items I had in my inventory. He takes them from me and I do the same dialogue as in the belbezel video. Apart from the rest of the dialogues we are supposed to have a gyarados which appears to fight it but is not my case and moreover Lingots asks me for a new chespin and again the objects what should I do? Sorry for english i have translate because in chat IG french there are no people. I specify that I suddenly asked on discord for help and I was asked to come here. And I also specify that I spoke to the feraligatr before starting the story of the chespin. And that all of this was done on the same night in the game.
