I have two trade requests, a rare candy pokemon selection pop up and the pc pokemon boxes, none of which will close even after restarting the game. Please help me :(

i am on mac and i have never experienced this before, so i apologize if this is not something you would like to hear. what i would like to say as maybe try uninstalling the game and redownloading it, or maybe an even simpler fix would be to swap servers and as soon as you connect from red to blue, or vice versa, log out and log back into the server of which you are experiencing the issues in.
