Hey the best advice I can give regarding that is looking through the trade rules in the forums. They should be one of the pinned announcements up.

How a Forum auction typically looks like is this.

Make sure to post it in the right section. [Gold] [Silver] or [Cross Server]

Title: [Auction] selling a 31+ Gengar SPATK/SPD

[Picture of Pokemon]

IVS: 22/12/31/31/21/12

Nature: Timid

Ability: Levitate

Starting Price: OR                     [What starting Price means is that your starting the auction bids at this price. For example starting price 3m people would have to bid 3m to start the auction.

Starting Offer:                           [What this means is that you already have an offer on the gengar ,and start it at this price. You must include the players name who offered ,and a screenshot for evidence]

Min Bid:                                    [Min bid is the amount another person must up the bid. If the min bid is 250k if the gengar auction is at 3m they must bid 3.25m to beat them.

Insta Price:                                [Insta price is something people put up but it is not required if your insta price is 8m ,and someone instas they win the auction immediatly.]

Accepted Payments:                  [If you want to accept Coin capsules/Reroll tickets/ or others items that can be put as a monetary value you would put this section. For Ex: CC = 400k.]

Start time:

End Time:                               [Usually people say the start time will be when the first bid is made. Also lists how long it lasts after the first bid. For Ex: Three days after First bid.]

Understand that if someone out bids another person in the auction during the last 15 minutes of the auction ending they reset a timer of fifteen minutes. A person must be the highest bid for 15 minutes straight at the end of the auction in order to be declared the winner. This prevents sniping to some degree.
