Cannot connect to account.

Hello. My name is Merouxsis, and i have been playing this game for months now, but have recently taken a break. I tried to log into my account and it kept saying Username or password incorrect. Ok. So i went to Lost Password. I entered my info and it said "User name and Email not registered". At this point i was really annoyed because i spent almost an hour looking through my emails trying to see if there was some kind of update were all accounts were deleted/reset. So i decided just to make a new account using the name i use on everything, which is also the name of my old account, "Merouxsis." Then i got "Username is already in use." And this is the point were i lost me fuse(a bit :)) and tried to go to support. it said to go to the support page to email a staff member. There was no sort of contact information under any of the staff members names. And on a side note, i tried 20+ times to get to the support page before i stopped getting some kind of message regarding me not being able to get in due to resources.
