Hello, I'm stucked in SS ANNE's about 2 hours more or less, I'm search and search and make questions to all for where I can encounter Blissey, I talk to [MAP] Boom... and he said me that I should report it in this forum, Can someone explain what happens with the blissey? I can't see it in the BallRoom SS ANNE 4F.

Me too... i fight all npc in SS Anne and report all npc in the kitchen room but i can't find blissey in the ballroom SS Anne 4F... i'm searching to long for blissey i can't find nothing... pliss help me... i'm to tired for searching... >_<

I had this issue too, but solved it.

 

Make sure you check trash cans in the kitchen and find the berries, talk to doc in kitchen, then go talk to jensen on 2nd floor, then go see blissey on 2nd floor of ballroom. After that go talk to guard at captains stairs. Then from there its straigh forward enough :)

The text which appears right after Blissey gives you the potion there is a space missing between "Wait!what?".
