Sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay in a response.

 

Originally, there are two types of Basculin, the red-striped and blue-striped forms:

Both forms of Basculin have Adaptablity and Mold Breaker (H.a) as their abilities, however only the blue-striped form has Rock Head while the red-striped Basculins have Reckless, as can be seen here. Unfortunately PRO doesn't have the blue-striped forms, so any Basculin you catch can have a chance to have either one of the four abilities.
