[glow=red]With the choices you have give us, the first one would make a better in PvP due to it higher IV's. With that being said, none of them are really good for PvP as they don't have a Nature which improves them. I'd suggest trying to catch one that has a better nature like Adamant for the extra damage.[/glow]

There not really PvP worthy you would need a timid one with at least 31 speed and 27+ spc attack to even stand a chance unfortunitly=(

I would say both aren't going to do well within competitive. I suggest timid (thunderbolt) or jolly (volt tackle).
