I have opened my old account with the username "banana123" and i found many missing pokemon. I cannot give much information about them as i played some months or even one year before, but I do remember that on the account was a lvl 100 heracross and a dragonite with about 80-90 level. Some of the good pokemons were still in the account and i traded them into my current account, but those were my main pokemons. Can you help me , please?

I first moved your topic from Pokemon Restore Megathread since this thread is basically for helping players restore their pokemon that they accidently deleted.

 

I checked your account info and found out that you seem to have another account named "banana122".

The pokemons you have mentioned above seems to be inside that account.

Can you check the account and see if you can find all your missing pokemons?

Hello again, 

I tried connecting into the account with the name "banana122" but it says that is permanently banned and I do not know why. I have checked why and it seems like i was banned for not giving a valid email. This is not intentional as i had a typo in my e-mail . I have writen "gmai;" instead of the correct form "gmail". This was only a little mistake in my typing and I hope you can retreive the ban as i am going to submit the valid email into the account.

Unfortunately, if your account is banned you have to make an appeal at the appeal section.

After you get unbanned, I'll be able to help you with your email exchange.
